- Cable Ties Unlimited ships with the carrier selected at the time of purchase. We are subject to carrier shipping schedules. Contact us or the carrier directly during the holidays to get information about shipping schedules. Customers will be contacted if there’s a known shipping delay. Larger orders typically ship via freight, using a carrier chosen by Cable Ties Unlimited or specified by the customer at the time of purchase.

- Cable Ties Unlimited does collect and save information entered on our website, such as information on items browsed and purchased, orders, delivery and address information, and information associated with our My Account facility. Cable Ties Unlimited also collects data associated with the technical aspects of website usage, such as IP address and timestamps. Cable Ties Unlimited uses this information to service our customers and to help improve their experience on our website.
Cable Ties Unlimited does not sell personally identifiable customer information for commercial purposes. Like most eCommerce websites, Cable Ties Unlimited uses 'cookies' to manage some of the features of the website, such as user identity. - Typically our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

- For stock orders received by 3:00 pm EST we strive to ship same day, carrier permitting. If we receive a stock order after 3:00 pm (EST) we ship the following business day. All orders placed with Cable Ties Unlimited will receive an order confirmation sent via e-mail. All customers with questions are encouraged to contact us. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm EST.
